CEDAR BLUFF LIBERTY DAY CELEBRATION VENDOR INFORMATION Cedar Bluff Liberty Day, cordially invites you and/or your organization to participate in the Liberty Day Celebration on Saturday, June 28, 2008, beginning at 8:00 A.M.

VENDORS MUST OBSERVE THE 1. Applications are accepted on a first come basis. Electrical Spaces will be limited, so please send in your application as soon as possible. 2. Spaces for exhibitors and/or food vendors will be marked. Spaces will be approximately 10’X12’ unless otherwise agreed upon. The downtown area will be closed to traffic for the day’s activities. 3. Vendors MUST be set up no later than 8:00 P.M. on Friday, June 27th, with take down no sooner than 5 P.M. on Saturday June 28th. NO EXCEPTIONS. 4. Anyone that requires electricity must provide an extension cord that is heavy enough to carry the proper voltage. 5. Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own display and clean-up after the event. 6. Booth assignments will be mailed no later than June 15, 2008. Every effort will be made to assign return vendors their same booth as last year unless a change is specifically requested. 7. No food or beverages can be given away. 8. All Food/Ride vendors MUST provide with application, their proof of insurance with the addition of Cedar Bluff Parks and Recreation Board Inc and the Town of Cedar Bluff, Alabama as additional insured. 9. All sales of any kind, (raffle tickets/chances) will only be allowed at assigned booths.
